Physiotherapist
Job Description
The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities, helping them regain function and improve mobility. This role includes developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, and utilizing manual therapy techniques to address patients' needs. The Physiotherapist will work with patients across various settings, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and chronic pain management. The role also involves educating patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and may also be involved in clinical research or the development of rehabilitation programs.
Job Requirements
A valid Physiotherapist license.
Strong clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
Proficient in performing physical assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
Experience with manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation.
Ability to design and implement exercise programs tailored to patients’ specific conditions.
Familiarity with modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, and heat/cold therapy.
Experience in post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, or chronic pain management.
Ability to educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to maintain detailed patient records.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage patients.
