The Clinical Nurse will play a critical role in delivering advanced nursing care, overseeing complex patient cases, and leading clinical initiatives. This position involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing detailed care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care. The Clinical Nurse will also mentor and support junior nurses, participate in clinical research, and contribute to quality improvement projects within the healthcare facility. Job Requirements
A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Advanced clinical experience in a specialized field (e.g., critical care, oncology).
Proficient in advanced patient assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making.
Experience with complex case management and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards.

Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or similar advanced training.
Ability to lead and participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with critical care patients.
