Registered Nurse
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans. This role involves administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and providing support to both patients and their families. Job Requirements
"Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is preferred.
A certification or diploma in caregiving, nursing assistance, or a related field is an asset.
Strong understanding of hygiene and safety protocols in a healthcare setting.
Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care tasks, including lifting and transferring.
Good communication skills in French, both verbal and written.
Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to support the elderly and vulnerable individuals.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays."
